Spaghettini Bake


This is another favourite in my home and I just thought I would share it with you all!

Spaghettini Bake

1 carrot grated
1/2 green capsicum
1 larg onion chopped
1 tin sanitarium nutmeat cubed
375g spaghetti
1 135g tin tomato paste
1 C tomato juice
1 t salt
1 tin tomatoes
1 t basil

Saute carrot, capsicum, and onion til tender. Add nutmeat and stir till browned. Add tomatoes, paste,juice,salt, and basil. Bring to the boil and simmer uncovered for 25 mins. Cook Spaghetti and mis tomato mixture. Spoon into greased casserole dish and top with dabs of margerine. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 mins.

I made this last night but forgot to take a picture so I can’t show you how it looks but it tastes and looks great!
