County Italian Sausage Stew
375g braai sausages (frys vegetarian sausages)
1 can (410g) butter beans, rinsed
575g pasta sauce
300g potatos, peeled and chopped
IN a pot, lightly brown the sausages. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over a medium heat for 45 minutes or until the potatos are tender.
This is a hit in my home with some freshly baked bread!
