Chicken Tikki Masala
1 package of Frys chicken cutlets (or other vegie chicken of your choice)
2 T tikka masala paste
1 can (400g) can condensed cream of tomato soup
3 T natural yoghurt
In a nonstick pan fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes. Add the curry paste and soup and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the yoghurt and heat through.
