I haven’t baked anything in such a long time. I have been so busy lately and there just has not been time for baking and such. Today though I just couldn’t go any longer without baking something.
I’m definitely not a pro with these ones but my hubby loves then anyway.
Passionfruit Yoghurt Muffins
2 Cups self-raising flour
3/4 Cup sugar
200g passionfruit yoghurt
30g melted butter
1/2 Cup milk
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Sift the flour and sugar together. In a separate bowl whisk together wet ingredients. Combine. Pour into your muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
I have been collecting plain tops for a while as I felt like doing some upcycling again. It’s been awhile since I have done anything like that. Today I sat down and did a few simple ones, the more complicated ones will come later when I have more time and more shirts. I thought I would post some photos of the finished shirts for you to see. It’s amazing how something as simple as a doily can brighten up a plain old boring top 🙂
And that concludes the doily project. I am rather pleased with them.
The Pukeko Love T-shirt
And the Cupcake Top
I know I have been gone awhile. It has simply been a crazy few weeks and then to top it all off my hubby and I got really sick last week (first time in a year) and I have been struggling to find the time to blog at all.
This morning, as I was running out of the door to a Mission Without Borders Meeting, I stopped to take a few photos of some of my knitting projects that I have been doing for MWB the last while to share with you.
Booties (Aren’t they just darling?)
And one luscious, soft scarf
And now I am off to clean my house, bake some bread, and unpack from the weekend!
