So many words, so many projects, way too much to do and too few hours! I haven’t been blogging much lately just because there has simply been too much going on and I am struggling to keep up. I have a bunch of recipes I want to share with you all but they will have to wait just a little longer.
In the meantime here are a few pics of some of my latest plus size maxi skirts.
Last night I made calzones. A first for me! And let me tell you they are yummy! They are the perfect combo of pie and pizza. I made mine with basil pesto instead of tomato paste and it was good!!
I made this beauty yesterday with left over mashed potato. I was so surprised when it looked like the picture in the bread book 😉
Pantry cleaned from top to bottom! Shiny shelves and everything categorized as well as I can without dividers. Can I just way we are ridiculously fortunate to live in a country where we are even able to have this much stored food!
This book is simply phenomenal, earth shattering, life changing, amazing…I don’t have enough adjectives! I think it’s the greatest book ever written on the topic of eating disorders. And no, I am not biased because the author happens to be my cousin, I truly do think this book will change how many people think and perceive eating disorders. I devoured this book in one sitting (first time for me) and I think I experienced just about every emotion possible as I read it. I highly recommend this book! It’s a work of art as well as a fantastic read! And can I just say how incredibly proud I am of Katie for sharing her life with the world!
I hope you are all having an amazing week despite the bleak winter weather that has arrived!
I was very busy crafting again! There’s nothing so satisfying as crafts when the weather is dreadful and you can’t go outside.
Here is my first patchwork dress:
Moss stitch scarf
More newborn beanies
And this polar fleece/flannel blanket
This week I hope to share some recipes with you all too!
